Belle Plaine's Downtown Festival is celebrating 39 years of making memorable experiences for festival-goers and families. We are a community festival offering many long-time favorite events such as the Downtown Parade, Car Show on Merchant, BPQ Competition, Vendor Fair, and Stage Entertainment.
